Called Darren this morning on behalf of a neighbour who’d had to cancel a garage appointment due to an emergency. He promised to look at the car this afternoon and, true to his word , he did and sorted it quickly. Absolutely brilliant service thanks.

Today Darren fitted a removable Towbar to my Audi Q3. He let me know when he would arrive, carried out the dismantling fitting and software update. All done in freezing temperatures. Very neat and tidy job.
